3. When members buy memberships for selected classes, they only see those classes on the schedule, which makes it easier for them to manage their training sessions and it is also easier for us to determine which classes are the most popular.
4. Members also have the opportunity to unsubscribe from classes and sign up for another day, which makes us more flexible in the eyes of the client, and we cater for the fact that sometimes something comes up for them.
5. Thanks to WG, it is also easier for us to monitor sales.

I’ve been using WodGuru in my club for a few months now and I’m loving it! WodGuru makes my life way easier in several ways.
Above all, the sign up option has been programmed in a fantastic way. System allows clients to sign in and out from classes themselves, and also it lets us to enable Automatic signups options. Once enabled, client is signed up for a certain number of classes in the future. We also ca find here option for Wait list, what excludes possibilities of clients calling us to write them down for a waiting list. System was automated to the maximum possibility and allows us to save a huge amount of time by eliminating the need to coordinate everything manually. 🔥 Another advantage is the ability to sell memberships online - an option that is much needed in current world. Thanks to the personalized club app with QR codes, we have completely eliminated the need to produce physical passes, and thanks to the integration of the system with a scanner, we can quickly check attendance at classes and verify the validity of the passes.
For me, as an owner, the report center available in the system is extremely valuable - it allows me to monitor various aspects of the club's activities on an ongoing basis, so I can quickly check what is working and what may be worth improving.

So far, having the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy, we used an online shop to sell memberships, but it was difficult to scale and to manage our work. Migrating to WodGuru and implementing QR codes, helped us with quitting using member paper cards (and stamping them as part of "entrance register"). This helped us to monitor attendance more easily and reduce the cost of printing cards. The migration was relatively simple, because so far we also used Stripe payments, which are supported by WodGuru, so we didn't have to turn anything upside down. At each stage of the migration, WodGuru support was very helpful, flexible and responsive. Thanks to the fact that in WodGuru each of our students has their own profile and can add their photo there, it is easier for us to remember people by name, which has been a real challenge for us so far, when the total number of trainees exceeded 100. It fully meets our needs, both from the client's side - who has a transparent app, intuitive signups for classes, and from the owner's side. The software gives us great opportunities to manage the Studio, dealing with clients and trainers. A huge convenience of the system is that after adding a person to the system I no longer have to remember the expiration dates of the passes. When a member’s membership expires, it is clearly shown in a system. You can also send automated messages that will remind your member to extend his membership a few days before expiration date! 👌🏻
Another function that I’d like to pinpoint is automatic SMS reminders. You can send text message after event of your choice. Club members are satisfied with that as well, because it gives them clear information on time and I - too - thanks to if have fewer responsibilities and less things that I need to control. 🙌🏻
