As an owner of a fitness studio that also provides personal trainings, in both cases, WodGuru helps me a lot with automation of my work! Registering people for classes does not bring me any further worries, related to; payments (if a customer doesn't pay for the pass, he will not sign up for classes) and the limit of people in individual classes. I can easily modernize my schedule and update is immediately sent to my clients via e-mail or text message.
Before I started using WodGuru, I was thinking about hiring a receptionist, but it is no longer needed - WodGuru is my receptionist now! What's important, I don't have to be there all the time. At work - WodGuru does it for me. I'm currently on vacation and I know everything that's happening there 😉
Additionally, great technical support, great contact with the staff in case of any problem - quick and helpful response.
There are even more great options in the app that are worth mentioning, such as; Ambassador program, ToDoList module - finally all tasks in one place and available to instructors! Synchronization with the Google calendar for trainers is also great. Another things that’s worth talking about is definitely the possibility of entering the club using QR codes 💪🏻

In September, I’ve opened my own sports club and chose WodGuru as the club’s operating system. Thanks to this decision, the entire class registration process is simple and hassle-free. Another advantage is definitely the transparency of the application and the fact that pass sales are integrated with the club's website and the application. Previously, I did everything manually, which required a lot of time every day to update all registrations, payments, respond to a lot of messages, etc. At the moment, the time I used to spend on those, I can devote to the development of the studio, because most of it is done for me. Additionally, each customer can check everything on an ongoing basis, pay for the membership or sign up for classes. The rules are very clear and the system is transparent. Moreover, I can check everything on my phone at any time - which makes it easier. Working time at reception has also become much shorter - there are definitely fewer questions about simple issues such as signups/signouts. Among the many advantages of WodGuru, the most important for us is that allows us to track pass sales on an ongoing basis, as well as conveniently and clearly compare sales periods.
Thanks to this, combined with access to other detailed data on the sales of specific types of passes, we better understand what factors influence sales on a monthly basis or on specific days of the week. This allows us to improve sales or better prepare for periodic declines. Our company also sells other services, so access to isolated data on passes alone has completely changed the level of our analytical capabilities. The ease with which the system presents data significantly reduces the time needed to analyze it.

We have tested several systems that help with running dance studios. In our case, WodGuru definitely turned out to be the best choice, and this was determined by several factors:
1. Great support, which could be the envy of many startups. Great contact, help in implementing and adapting the system to individual requirements, a vibe that gives the feeling that we are playing for one goal.
2. Reliability. Since we have been testing/using WodGuru, there have been maybe 2-3 errors or technical problems, which were solved in a fraction of a second. Why? See point one.

I've been using WodGuru system since August this year :) Before WodGuru, I used services of another company for quite some time but I decided to switch to WG.
Deciding factor for me was transparency and intuitive operating of the administrative database. The system has all the features that can be useful and helpful in running a studio.

A huge convenience of the system is that after adding a person to the system I no longer have to remember the expiration dates of the passes. When a member’s membership expires, it is clearly shown in a system. You can also send automated messages that will remind your member to extend his membership a few days before expiration date! 👌🏻
Another function that I’d like to pinpoint is automatic SMS reminders. You can send text message after event of your choice. Club members are satisfied with that as well, because it gives them clear information on time and I - too - thanks to if have fewer responsibilities and less things that I need to control. 🙌🏻

We heard about WodGuru from a friendly gym. At first, we were tempted by the price. We pay for what we actually use, not for millions of functions that we do not even know about.
