We have tested several systems that help with running dance studios. In our case, WodGuru definitely turned out to be the best choice, and this was determined by several factors:

- it’s possible to set a minimum time to sign out from classes (2 hours for my clients), so there is no longer a situation where someone signs out 5 minutes before the class. I've been using WodGuru system since August this year :) Before WodGuru, I used services of another company for quite some time but I decided to switch to WG.
Deciding factor for me was transparency and intuitive operating of the administrative database. The system has all the features that can be useful and helpful in running a studio.
What sets WodGuru apart from the competition though is its customer service: all problems are solved immediately, support staff are always available and ready to help in a quick and efficient way. Another noteworthy feature is the ability to assign passes to specific classes, which proved impossible with the competition ;) This not only made our work very difficult, but also created problems for our customers back in the older system..

We’re working with WodGuru officially since April this year, while we have been with them for more than a year in the testing phase before opening the club.
I can honestly recommend the service, contact is immediate and ambiguities are resolved.
The most important thing for us was to create, maintenance-free gym, where customers will be able to register themselves and enter the club through the application they have. This helps to organize the work and time of the reception desk. Additional advantages include a clear interface. Everything is sensibly arranged and intuitive.
WodGuru is not only a simplification of work but also a powerful cost reduction. After these few months of fully operating the club, we haven't come up with anything that we might lack to fully manage the club.
