Registering people for classes does not bring me any further worries, related to; payments (if a customer doesn't pay for the pass, he will not sign up for classes) and the limit of people in individual classes. The best system in the world! Intuitive and easy - the application is a huge plus for our students! My employees appreciate the simplicity of using the system. For me as the owner of the club - The WodGuru system is an amazing support and gives me a lot of solutions that I can implement in my business. In addition, their every day support and the fact that they implement my ideas make me feel like nothing more is needed to successfully get lots of online registrations for classes.
People who regularly did not sign up for classes and used to come "on the fly", have been excited about this system since the introduction of WodGuru.
We have tested several systems that help with running dance studios. In our case, WodGuru definitely turned out to be the best choice, and this was determined by several factors:
1. Great support, which could be the envy of many startups. Great contact, help in implementing and adapting the system to individual requirements, a vibe that gives the feeling that we are playing for one goal.
2. Reliability. Since we have been testing/using WodGuru, there have been maybe 2-3 errors or technical problems, which were solved in a fraction of a second. Why? See point one.
3. Tomek and Aneta from WodGuru are aware of which direction this train is going. Their focus on process automation, combined with flexibility, makes us feel that in 2-3 years we will not be left with an old software in our hands, but a modern tool adequate to the possibilities offered by the development of technology. 4. Ease of use. Onboarding of people working at the reception took us about 2 hours. A huge convenience of the system is that after adding a person to the system I no longer have to remember the expiration dates of the passes. When a member’s membership expires, it is clearly shown in a system. You can also send automated messages that will remind your member to extend his membership a few days before expiration date! 👌🏻
Another function that I’d like to pinpoint is automatic SMS reminders. You can send text message after event of your choice. Club members are satisfied with that as well, because it gives them clear information on time and I - too - thanks to if have fewer responsibilities and less things that I need to control. 🙌🏻

Thanks to WodGuru, we were able to make sure that members finalize payments on time.
Customers have everything available straight from the app, and because of that they pay faster and are more careful about deadlines :) The problem of rescheduling trainings has decreased significally! Customers find convenient dates themselves, and if they don't have time to cancel a class, no one complains that the session is lost. 💪🏻
We are a small club - managed by one person. In our case, WodGuru saves us time spent on the phone and in the calendar - because clients organize their own schedules that suit them, based on the availability of trainers.
Another great option - sending a message to the participants of a specific class - it allows us to inform registered club members about, for example, the need for running shoes for classes 👌🏻
The limit of people in classes that is visible to clients and the reserve list are also good tools for us - clients do not pressure us on „squeezing them in somewhere" because they simply see that the group is full ;)

I run a start-up personal training studio, so I don't use advanced options that WodGuru offers yet.
At the moment, however, it helps me enormously that by simply linking WodGuru to my website, I was able to gain a few new clients. New people can book in a class themselves, read all the necessary information, check the memberships, which saves me time and avoids lots of messages and phone calls.
In addition, I receive hundreds fewer messages with requests to sign up for classes because WodGuru does it for me. Easy signups for trainings, which take lots off the reception plate , many options for personalizing settings under the preferences of a given gym, convenient store management and many, many other useful functions.
