At first, I used a simple paper list to keep records of signups for classes. It used to take me a lot of time. I was constantly getting phone calls to sign in and out someone from class. I wasted a lot of energy and time. Thanks to WodGuru, records are kept online. I know how many people I will have in the classes. Clients can easily book it and cancel from classes the day before (according to the rules of the studio). Customers no longer cancel their booking an hour before the scheduled start, which was notoriously abused before. They know that if they have committed to sing up, they must attend the class. It is also an additional motivation for regular training and not looking for constant excuses. Summing it up, I highly recommend WodGuru!

I’ve been using WodGuru in my club for a few months now and I’m loving it! WodGuru makes my life way easier in several ways.
Above all, the sign up option has been programmed in a fantastic way. System allows clients to sign in and out from classes themselves, and also it lets us to enable Automatic signups options. Once enabled, client is signed up for a certain number of classes in the future. We also ca find here option for Wait list, what excludes possibilities of clients calling us to write them down for a waiting list. System was automated to the maximum possibility and allows us to save a huge amount of time by eliminating the need to coordinate everything manually. 🔥 Another advantage is the ability to sell memberships online - an option that is much needed in current world. Thanks to the personalized club app with QR codes, we have completely eliminated the need to produce physical passes, and thanks to the integration of the system with a scanner, we can quickly check attendance at classes and verify the validity of the passes.
For me, as an owner, the report center available in the system is extremely valuable - it allows me to monitor various aspects of the club's activities on an ongoing basis, so I can quickly check what is working and what may be worth improving.

I came across WodGuru by complete accident and it was the best thing that could happen to me when I opened my first yoga studio. The product is super intuitive and user-friendly (both from the studio owner's and club members' perspectives). It responds to real needs because new functions are submitted for implementation by real users. The system is constantly being developed. The list of new functions that the team is working on is impressive. When I found WodGuru, I was in the mid of looking for an app to automate registration for classes, and it turn out to hit the jackpot! 🔥 The application itself is very intuitive and easy to use, both for me as the owner and for the studio's members. All of the important settings are easily accessible and configurable, thanks to the amenities and options that system provides. I've been using WodGuru for almost a year now. The system has significantly improved the administration of my martial arts club. At first, I appreciated it for its simplicity and easy setup - it took me literally a few hours. WodGuru does not generate high costs either, I pay for each active club member - a fair solution 🙂 In addition, the system can be connected to my website, so I always have an up-to-date schedule of classes there. WodGuru worked well both when my club was tiny (when I had about 50 club members), and it works perfectly now, when I have about 200 of them. I recommend it to everyone 💪

The software gives us great opportunities to manage the Studio, dealing with clients and trainers. As an owner of a fitness studio that also provides personal trainings, in both cases, WodGuru helps me a lot with automation of my work! Registering people for classes does not bring me any further worries, related to; payments (if a customer doesn't pay for the pass, he will not sign up for classes) and the limit of people in individual classes. I can easily modernize my schedule and update is immediately sent to my clients via e-mail or text message.
Before I started using WodGuru, I was thinking about hiring a receptionist, but it is no longer needed - WodGuru is my receptionist now! What's important, I don't have to be there all the time. At work - WodGuru does it for me. I'm currently on vacation and I know everything that's happening there 😉
Additionally, great technical support, great contact with the staff in case of any problem - quick and helpful response.
There are even more great options in the app that are worth mentioning, such as; Ambassador program, ToDoList module - finally all tasks in one place and available to instructors! I was one of the first gyms to start using the QR system. When it comes to remote reception, I can deal with most matters directly from the phone. This is a huge relief for me because I also run other activities. I don't need to worry about payments, receipts, signups etc. The access system also works very well and harmonizes nicely with WodGuru.
