I’ve been using WodGuru in my club for a few months now and I’m loving it! WodGuru makes my life way easier in several ways.
Above all, the sign up option has been programmed in a fantastic way. System allows clients to sign in and out from classes themselves, and also it lets us to enable Automatic signups options. Once enabled, client is signed up for a certain number of classes in the future. We also ca find here option for Wait list, what excludes possibilities of clients calling us to write them down for a waiting list. System was automated to the maximum possibility and allows us to save a huge amount of time by eliminating the need to coordinate everything manually. 🔥 Another advantage is the ability to sell memberships online - an option that is much needed in current world. Thanks to the personalized club app with QR codes, we have completely eliminated the need to produce physical passes, and thanks to the integration of the system with a scanner, we can quickly check attendance at classes and verify the validity of the passes.

Thanks to WodGuru, we were able to make sure that members finalize payments on time.

Customers find convenient dates themselves, and if they don't have time to cancel a class, no one complains that the session is lost. 💪🏻 We are a small club - managed by one person. In our case, WodGuru saves us time spent on the phone and in the calendar - because clients organize their own schedules that suit them, based on the availability of trainers. The WodGuru system helps me improve my personal trainer business. Thanks to the app, I can save a lot of time that I previously have spent on organizing my schedule. WodGuru allowed me to systematize registration, payments and "rules of the game" (things like registration for trainings, setting limits on people in classes, specifying the time for registration and issue with unnotified absences).🔥 A client that is scheduling his first training must first purchase the appropriate package to be included in the schedule - which gives me the assurance that the training will actually take place. WodGuru is a system worth recommending - by the Reception Team, the manager and the owner. Very intuitive, thanks to which work becomes faster, easier and more enjoyable. A transparent layout facilitates efficient customer service. What's more, the program is constantly being improved - requests by us (users) to introduce additional, useful functions are listened to 😁 Aneta and Tomek do not stand still! And most importantly, we have never met with such a huge support and friendly attitude towards the customer from the support (and we used several different programs to manage the Club). If there is a problem (and it is rare), Aneta and Tomek solve it quickly - you do not have to wait forever and ask for a solution to the problem. We recommend it from the bottom of our hearts! 😊

A huge convenience of the system is that after adding a person to the system I no longer have to remember the expiration dates of the passes. When a member’s membership expires, it is clearly shown in a system. You can also send automated messages that will remind your member to extend his membership a few days before expiration date! 👌🏻 Another function that I’d like to pinpoint is automatic SMS reminders. You can send text message after event of your choice.
