It's probably been two years since we implemented WodGuru in our box. Starting cooperation with Tomek and using his product changed the box in many ways. First of all, It helped us our reception work more efficiently - thanks to simple, yet functional interface. I've been using WodGuru for almost a year now. The system has significantly improved the administration of my martial arts club. At first, I appreciated it for its simplicity and easy setup - it took me literally a few hours. WodGuru does not generate high costs either, I pay for each active club member - a fair solution 🙂 In addition, the system can be connected to my website, so I always have an up-to-date schedule of classes there. WodGuru allowed me to systematize registration, payments and "rules of the game" (things like registration for trainings, setting limits on people in classes, specifying the time for registration and issue with unnotified absences).🔥 A client that is scheduling his first training must first purchase the appropriate package to be included in the schedule - which gives me the assurance that the training will actually take place. I came across WodGuru by complete accident and it was the best thing that could happen to me when I opened my first yoga studio. The product is super intuitive and user-friendly (both from the studio owner's and club members' perspectives). It responds to real needs because new functions are submitted for implementation by real users. The system is constantly being developed. The list of new functions that the team is working on is impressive. And most importantly: I’ve never met such a quick, helpful and friendly service neither in my personal, nor professional experience. A huge convenience of the system is that after adding a person to the system I no longer have to remember the expiration dates of the passes. When a member’s membership expires, it is clearly shown in a system. You can also send automated messages that will remind your member to extend his membership a few days before expiration date! 👌🏻
Another function that I’d like to pinpoint is automatic SMS reminders. You can send text message after event of your choice. Club members are satisfied with that as well, because it gives them clear information on time and I - too - thanks to if have fewer responsibilities and less things that I need to control. 🙌🏻

I’ve been using WodGuru in my club for a few months now and I’m loving it! WodGuru makes my life way easier in several ways.
Above all, the sign up option has been programmed in a fantastic way. System allows clients to sign in and out from classes themselves, and also it lets us to enable Automatic signups options. Once enabled, client is signed up for a certain number of classes in the future. We also ca find here option for Wait list, what excludes possibilities of clients calling us to write them down for a waiting list. System was automated to the maximum possibility and allows us to save a huge amount of time by eliminating the need to coordinate everything manually. 🔥 Another advantage is the ability to sell memberships online - an option that is much needed in current world. Thanks to the personalized club app with QR codes, we have completely eliminated the need to produce physical passes, and thanks to the integration of the system with a scanner, we can quickly check attendance at classes and verify the validity of the passes.
For me, as an owner, the report center available in the system is extremely valuable - it allows me to monitor various aspects of the club's activities on an ongoing basis, so I can quickly check what is working and what may be worth improving.

Additionally, each customer can check everything on an ongoing basis, pay for the membership or sign up for classes. The rules are very clear and the system is transparent. Moreover, I can check everything on my phone at any time - which makes it easier. Working time at reception has also become much shorter - there are definitely fewer questions about simple issues such as signups/signouts. A huge advantage is that WodGuru is constantly making improvements and listens to suggestions regarding our needs and new ideas. Their helpdesk always answers to our questions very quickly.
