At first, I used a simple paper list to keep records of signups for classes. It used to take me a lot of time. I was constantly getting phone calls to sign in and out someone from class. I wasted a lot of energy and time. Thanks to WodGuru, records are kept online. I know how many people I will have in the classes. Clients can easily book it and cancel from classes the day before (according to the rules of the studio). Customers no longer cancel their booking an hour before the scheduled start, which was notoriously abused before. They know that if they have committed to sing up, they must attend the class. I’ve been using WodGuru in my club for a few months now and I’m loving it! WodGuru makes my life way easier in several ways.
Above all, the sign up option has been programmed in a fantastic way. System allows clients to sign in and out from classes themselves, and also it lets us to enable Automatic signups options. Once enabled, client is signed up for a certain number of classes in the future. We also ca find here option for Wait list, what excludes possibilities of clients calling us to write them down for a waiting list. System was automated to the maximum possibility and allows us to save a huge amount of time by eliminating the need to coordinate everything manually. 🔥 Another advantage is the ability to sell memberships online - an option that is much needed in current world. Thanks to the personalized club app with QR codes, we have completely eliminated the need to produce physical passes, and thanks to the integration of the system with a scanner, we can quickly check attendance at classes and verify the validity of the passes.
For me, as an owner, the report center available in the system is extremely valuable - it allows me to monitor various aspects of the club's activities on an ongoing basis, so I can quickly check what is working and what may be worth improving.

3. When members buy memberships for selected classes, they only see those classes on the schedule, which makes it easier for them to manage their training sessions and it is also easier for us to determine which classes are the most popular.

The system is like an Apple among systems for managing yoga studios - it is TURBO intuitive, simple and transparent. And Tomek, the owner of the system, constantly improves it, talks to me on a regular basis and listens to my needs. He is very patient (because I am sometimes quite a pain in the ass). I recommend it to all who do not like to complicate their lives with a million useless functions 😉

I've been using WodGuru system since August this year :) Before WodGuru, I used services of another company for quite some time but I decided to switch to WG.
Deciding factor for me was transparency and intuitive operating of the administrative database. The system has all the features that can be useful and helpful in running a studio.
What sets WodGuru apart from the competition though is its customer service: all problems are solved immediately, support staff are always available and ready to help in a quick and efficient way. Another noteworthy feature is the ability to assign passes to specific classes, which proved impossible with the competition ;) This not only made our work very difficult, but also created problems for our customers back in the older system..

I've been using WodGuru for almost a year now. The system has significantly improved the administration of my martial arts club. At first, I appreciated it for its simplicity and easy setup - it took me literally a few hours. WodGuru does not generate high costs either, I pay for each active club member - a fair solution 🙂 In addition, the system can be connected to my website, so I always have an up-to-date schedule of classes there. WodGuru worked well both when my club was tiny (when I had about 50 club members), and it works perfectly now, when I have about 200 of them. I recommend it to everyone 💪

A huge convenience of the system is that after adding a person to the system I no longer have to remember the expiration dates of the passes. When a member’s membership expires, it is clearly shown in a system. You can also send automated messages that will remind your member to extend his membership a few days before expiration date! 👌🏻
Another function that I’d like to pinpoint is automatic SMS reminders. You can send text message after event of your choice. Club members are satisfied with that as well, because it gives them clear information on time and I - too - thanks to if have fewer responsibilities and less things that I need to control. 🙌🏻

I've been working with Wodguru for about a year, and I have to admit that this software is a bull's eye for my club! I was afraid of migrating from the old system, I was afraid that customers would not switch - it went smoothly, customers are satisfied with our booking classes app, notifications, waitlist, and the possibility of buying tickets to workshops. The fitness market is developing, and WodGuru is developing with it, and thus it responds to the needs of clubs like mine. I recommend it a lot!

We have been using WodGuru since the beginning of September and I must say that it has greatly improved the functioning of the club in terms of signing up for classes. We have a transparent view of how many people we currently have in the club. The system watches over the validity of memberships for us and reminds club members about the membership expiry date. What is worth emphasizing - it is also possible for club members to see their training plan for a given day - they can put their results on the leaderboard. WodGuru supports work in sports clubs.
