At first, I used a simple paper list to keep records of signups for classes. It used to take me a lot of time. I was constantly getting phone calls to sign in and out someone from class. We've been using the WodGuru software for over a year and a half and we have no intention of changing it. The biggest advantage of this system is its simplicity, no unnecessary functions that other systems have and which are generally not needed. Using the system from the members perspective is very convenient. A quick preview of the schedule of classes, sign-ups, the ability to enter results, view the status of the membership. Everything that matters most is concentrated in one place.

I’ve been using WodGuru in my club for a few months now and I’m loving it! WodGuru makes my life way easier in several ways.
Above all, the sign up option has been programmed in a fantastic way. System allows clients to sign in and out from classes themselves, and also it lets us to enable Automatic signups options. Once enabled, client is signed up for a certain number of classes in the future. We also ca find here option for Wait list, what excludes possibilities of clients calling us to write them down for a waiting list. System was automated to the maximum possibility and allows us to save a huge amount of time by eliminating the need to coordinate everything manually. 🔥 Another advantage is the ability to sell memberships online - an option that is much needed in current world. Thanks to the personalized club app with QR codes, we have completely eliminated the need to produce physical passes, and thanks to the integration of the system with a scanner, we can quickly check attendance at classes and verify the validity of the passes.
For me, as an owner, the report center available in the system is extremely valuable - it allows me to monitor various aspects of the club's activities on an ongoing basis, so I can quickly check what is working and what may be worth improving.

From the point of view of a sports club, this is one of the better improvements we have made in recent years in developing our training activities. The most current view of attendance and the generation of various reports available in WodGuru allow us to better plan the schedule for the following months and assess what the demand is for a specific type of classes. The ability to manage access of your coaches also allows us to build more independence for the team, which can modify the schedule and adjust to the needs of the trainees.

I'm surprised how well it works! WodGuru responds to all of my yogis' needs and mediates the client-studio contact. Thanks to WodGuru, I spend less time responding to yogis: is there room for class? What if I am joining in the middle of the month? Who is conducting the class today? I sincerely recommend it, it makes my work easier, it makes booking classes and changing reservations easier for the client, and also reminds them about payments! I’ve been using WodGuru for several months now. Initially I was looking for an app that is going to help me automate registration for classes as much as possible. And here I’ve found it! I was also able to quickly and easily create a schedule in the system that is very clear to customers. A huge convenience of the system is that after adding a person to the system I no longer have to remember the expiration dates of the passes. When a member’s membership expires, it is clearly shown in a system. You can also send automated messages that will remind your member to extend his membership a few days before expiration date! 👌🏻
Another function that I’d like to pinpoint is automatic SMS reminders. You can send text message after event of your choice. Club members are satisfied with that as well, because it gives them clear information on time and I - too - thanks to if have fewer responsibilities and less things that I need to control. 🙌🏻
