At first, I used a simple paper list to keep records of signups for classes. It used to take me a lot of time. I was constantly getting phone calls to sign in and out someone from class. I wasted a lot of energy and time. Thanks to WodGuru, records are kept online. I know how many people I will have in the classes. Clients can easily book it and cancel from classes the day before (according to the rules of the studio). Customers no longer cancel their booking an hour before the scheduled start, which was notoriously abused before. They know that if they have committed to sing up, they must attend the class. Above all, the sign up option has been programmed in a fantastic way. System allows clients to sign in and out from classes themselves, and also it lets us to enable Automatic signups options. Once enabled, client is signed up for a certain number of classes in the future. We also ca find here option for Wait list, what excludes possibilities of clients calling us to write them down for a waiting list. System was automated to the maximum possibility and allows us to save a huge amount of time by eliminating the need to coordinate everything manually. 🔥 Another advantage is the ability to sell memberships online - an option that is much needed in current world. Thanks to the personalized club app with QR codes, we have completely eliminated the need to produce physical passes, and thanks to the integration of the system with a scanner, we can quickly check attendance at classes and verify the validity of the passes.

A huge convenience of the system is that after adding a person to the system I no longer have to remember the expiration dates of the passes. Another function that I’d like to pinpoint is automatic SMS reminders. You can send text message after event of your choice. In September, I’ve opened my own sports club and chose WodGuru as the club’s operating system. Thanks to this decision, the entire class registration process is simple and hassle-free. Another advantage is definitely the transparency of the application and the fact that pass sales are integrated with the club's website and the application. Club members can do everything online at any time of day and night 😉 Also noteworthy is the automation of certain tasks, such as sending reminders or bulk emails. I had the opportunity to use other products available on the market, but WodGuru convinces me the most
Firstly, the billing system - for each active member - it's fair! There is a maximum price limit and when it's reached, there is no difference.
Secondly, intuitiveness - easy to use: setting classes, schedules, shop - simple!
Thirdly, it is legible, fast for the customer - they can easily find the classes they are interested in, easy to register, possible online shopping, really cool.
The system works great with a fiscal printer, no problems, in the mobile version you can perform all activities as efficiently as on a computer.
It really improves the operation of the club in terms of sales, organization and communication with the client.
