Clients can easily book it and cancel from classes the day before (according to the rules of the studio). When opening my yoga studio (2 months ago), I knew that the key would be a good software that would take care of everything for me. Thinking that I found the perfect one, it turned out that I did not (thankfully before using it for real). And all of a sudden WodGuru has it all, super important to me was that it's iOS compatible. You can connect a fiscal printer, there is full automation, i.e. in addition to the newsletter option, where you can indicate that you want to send an e-mail to users, e.g. only those who have an active memebership, then canceling classes - an e-mail is sent to the saved people immediately. The fact that you just click on a member's profile and you can check everything they do in the studio, whether they regularly attend one class or try different ones. This is also a great option, because you can add notes to each person and check before class whether someone has, for example, a knee problem, etc. Generally, I feel that it is good that I chose this software, because if something goes wrong, I can write to Aneta and I have an answer right away 🙂 WodGuru listens and reacts.

It helped us to monitor attendance more easily and reduce the cost of printing cards
So far, having the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy, we used an online shop to sell memberships, but it was difficult to scale and to manage our work. Migrating to WodGuru and implementing QR codes, helped us with quitting using member paper cards (and stamping them as part of "entrance register"). This helped us to monitor attendance more easily and reduce the cost of printing cards. The migration was relatively simple, because so far we also used Stripe payments, which are supported by WodGuru, so we didn't have to turn anything upside down. At each stage of the migration, WodGuru support was very helpful, flexible and responsive. Thanks to the fact that in WodGuru each of our students has their own profile and can add their photo there, it is easier for us to remember people by name, which has been a real challenge for us so far, when the total number of trainees exceeded 100. The last thing may be a small thing, but important in martial arts academies - in WodGuru, we can leave notes about our students and the grades they have. Thanks to this, we don't have to use Excel, and on nominations, we won't give anyone a fifth beam on the white belt by accident ;)

WodGuru made my everyday work easier and more efficient
I run a start-up personal training studio, so I don't use advanced options that WodGuru offers yet.
At the moment, however, it helps me enormously that by simply linking WodGuru to my website, I was able to gain a few new clients. New people can book in a class themselves, read all the necessary information, check the memberships, which saves me time and avoids lots of messages and phone calls.
In addition, I receive hundreds fewer messages with requests to sign up for classes because WodGuru does it for me. I also don't have to remind current customers about expiring passes – they can see for themselves when they need to buy a new one because without it, they won't be able to book classes. I also share workouts for clients on WodGuru, so club members appreciate having access to this additional material. I highly recommend!

WodGuru - intuitive for usage, and quick to configure!
When I found WodGuru, I was in the mid of looking for an app to automate registration for classes, and it turn out to hit the jackpot! 🔥 The application itself is very intuitive and easy to use, both for me as the owner and for the studio's members. All of the important settings are easily accessible and configurable, thanks to the amenities and options that system provides. Moreover, communication with the customer service is exceptionally efficient, which significantly helps to solve any problems. I highly recommend it!
At work - WodGuru does it all for me! 🔥
As an owner of a fitness studio that also provides personal trainings, in both cases, WodGuru helps me a lot with automation of my work! Registering people for classes does not bring me any further worries, related to; payments (if a customer doesn't pay for the pass, he will not sign up for classes) and the limit of people in individual classes. I can easily modernize my schedule and update is immediately sent to my clients via e-mail or text message.
Before I started using WodGuru, I was thinking about hiring a receptionist, but it is no longer needed - WodGuru is my receptionist now! What's important, I don't have to be there all the time. At work - WodGuru does it for me. I'm currently on vacation and I know everything that's happening there 😉
Additionally, great technical support, great contact with the staff in case of any problem - quick and helpful response.
There are even more great options in the app that are worth mentioning, such as; Ambassador program, ToDoList module - finally all tasks in one place and available to instructors! Synchronization with the Google calendar for trainers is also great. Another things that’s worth talking about is definitely the possibility of entering the club using QR codes 💪🏻
To sum up: transparency, ease of use - everything is intuitive! I am very satisfied.

Work becomes faster and easier
WodGuru is a system worth recommending - by the Reception Team, the manager and the owner. Very intuitive, thanks to which work becomes faster, easier and more enjoyable. A transparent layout facilitates efficient customer service. What's more, the program is constantly being improved - requests by us (users) to introduce additional, useful functions are listened to 😁 Aneta and Tomek do not stand still! And most importantly, we have never met with such a huge support and friendly attitude towards the customer from the support (and we used several different programs to manage the Club). If there is a problem (and it is rare), Aneta and Tomek solve it quickly - you do not have to wait forever and ask for a solution to the problem. We recommend it from the bottom of our hearts! 😊
WodGuru is amazing option to reduce costs in your club 🔥
WodGuru works perfectly in our Studio as registration for classes happens basically by itself, which allows us to reduce costs in the club by not having a standard reception desk.
In addition, any update on the schedule or cancellation of classes can be made using phone app and so all clients are immediately informed about the news. Great system! We recommend highly 😊

I’ve been using WodGuru for several months now. Initially I was looking for an app that is going to help me automate registration for classes as much as possible. And here I’ve found it! I was also able to quickly and easily create a schedule in the system that is very clear to customers. Thanks to the system, I don't need to have a reception desk at the club, everything is done from the app - including payments, which saves me time and money and has improved customer service. 🔥 My stress levels have significantly decreased, and I can finally fully focus on teaching classes. The app is very clear and intuitive. My clients are very satisfied! They come to classes more often when they can sign up whenever they want, even in the middle of the night, checking where are free spots and to which class their friends have booked in a spot — which, of course, has increased the club's revenue. The option to automate text and email messages is also great—another time saver. Support team is wonderful!
