We have tested several systems that help with running dance studios. In our case, WodGuru definitely turned out to be the best choice, and this was determined by several factors:

1. How difficult it is to start?
Although WodGuru is the simplest solution on the market, please remember that the operation of your entire gym will be based on the system. That means there's a lot of stuff to set up. Schedule, memberships, registration settings, etc. The more you configure, the more work our system will do for you. It can take 30 minutes or all day. It's up to you how fast it goes. We will help you every step of the way. We have plenty of support materials and built-in chat where you can catch us anytime. We can call you if needed. Apparently we have the best support in the world ;) check it out for yourself.
2. We already have a software, how difficult is it to switch to WodGuru?
We hear this question very often! Fortunately, the answer is very simple. Switching from another system to WodGuru is very easy! We've done it many, many times. We will help you with data migration. We will explain what differences you can expect. If you have any equipment (i.e. gym card reader), we will support them. If you have a notice period, we will not issue you our invoices during this time, so that you do not have to pay for the system twice.
